Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the corporate image that is one of the most important properties needed for success of malls whose numbers are rapidly increasing and which are in competition with each other was discussedToday, having an image helps malls be remembered by their target population, and has an important influence on getting into their minds. Because of the strong competition in the shopping sector, managements of malls admit that just improving their services is not enough for competition against their competitors but also creating a good corporate image is needed to have recognition on target market. To create a positive and demanded corporate image, first of all, related infrastructure must be established, and then external and internal images must be created. The aims of this study are to describe the corporate image concept which is a competitive element for malls, and to define activities for creating a prestigious corporate image in these malls.Keywords: Image, Corporate Image, Corporate Appearance, Corporate Behavior, Corporate Communication
