Abstract (EN)
Considering the environmental archeology studies, it has been tried to establish a connection between space and social activities in Anatolia. The most influential factor was the climate. The climatic cycles we live in have largely influenced the environment and people living on it. In the Paleolithic era, people were more vulnerable to nature and were more affected by the opportunities offered by nature. In particular, the increase in the population and the occurrence of urbanization has affected the archaeological sites negatively. For this reason, it is still possible to protect the sites and to link the past and future land uses. In addition, we have learned to protect our cultural values from natural and human factors through environmental archeology studies.
