Abstract (EN)
In this study, the extract obtained from Andız tree was evaluated in terms of fish health. Components of the extract were analyzed by GS-MS. The phenotypic, biochemical and molecular identifications of Lactococcus garvieae and Staphylococcus epidermidis agents used in the study were performed. In the antibiogram test, the extract was compared with Florfenicol (F) and Ampicillin (AM) antibiotics. In order to determine the effect of the extract on cut wounds, extract (EG), antibiotic (AG), cut (KG) and control (CG) groups consisting of 6 rainbow trout each weighing 80 g were formed. The activities of MDA and GST enzymes, which play a role in wound healing in liver and muscle tissues, were evaluated after the treatment. As a result of the API test of the isolates used in the study, 86% of L. garvieae and 90% of S. epidermidis were identified. Isolates gave sigmoidal curves in Real-Time PCR performed with universal primers. At the end of the 16S rRNA sequence of PCR amplicons, more than 99% molecular identifications were performed. It was observed that the extract had the same effect on L. garvieae as Ampicillin, 4% more effective than Florfenicol, Extract was 83% more effective than Ampicillin and Florfenicol antibiotics compared to S. epidermidis. It has been observed that a 1% concentration of the extract inhibits the growth of both isolates. In the extract group, it was observed that the wound area was closed on the 2nd day. It was determined that MDA and GST activities had positive differences in the extract group compared to the other groups.
