Abstract (EN)
The principle that prevails over joint stock companies, which are a kind of joint stock company is the majority principle. There are many partners in public joint stock companies. The interest of these other payers in the general assembly meetings decreases and the small partners who are not able to attend the general assembly meetings. In case, there is a power vacuum in the cabinet. Minority rights may also be violated if the interests of the majority are transferred to another. This will be the subject of outsiders out of our thoughts about others.
