Abstract (EN)

In this study, Pistachia vera L x Pistachia vera L (free pollination) L, Pistachia vera L x Pistachia vera L (controlled pollination), Pistachi vera L x Pistachia atlantica L and Pistachia vera L x Pistachia terebinthus L Seeds of 4 different hybrid genotypes were obtained by controlled pollination of both male and female genotypes of Defs species. . In medium-type studies, Pvera x Pvera (controlled) hybrid embryos were best germinated and the number of leaves was reported to be 100% in MS medium. Root length and shoot length care was observed better germination in SH fattening environment. Hybrid species Pvera L. x Pvera L (controlled pollination), which shows the best germination in 100% of MS environment, was tested in 4 species (80% in Pvera x Pvera (free pollination), 80% in Pvera x Pvera (controlled). Sucrose was the best germinating medium in Pvera x Pterebinthus (80% and Pvera x Patlantica) (78%). The best germination and root length of 4 species were observed in the full strength of the MS medium When the effects of isolated hybrid embryos on plant growth regulators (BA, Kin, NAA and IBA) were examined, the highest germination rate of Pvera x Pvera (controlled) was reported to be 98.66% in MS containing KIN. In vitro clonal micropropagation protocols were identified from shoots from embryos obtained from seeds of hybrid Pistacia L. genotypes. Genetic stability of long term subcultured hybrid genotypes was determined by IRAP and ISSR molecular markers. Acclimation studies showed that the in vitro plants grown from embryos were well adapted to sterile 1: 1: 1 mixture of peat, soil and perlite in plastic containers.
