Abstract (EN)

In this study, free radicals during operation (0th day), postoperation (3th day) and reoperation (7th day) time in APS technique was compared to electrocoter and bistury techniques using male rabbits (Orctolagus cuniculus), weight 1750-2500gr. Kinetic method was used to analyze SOD and GSH-Px; oxyhemoglobin method was used to analyze hemoglobin value; Lowry method was used to analyze protein value; TBA technique was used to analyze MDA value in both blood and tissue samples. In our conclusion, according to the results of the Kruskal - Wallis test values; on the 7* day plasma MDA, tissue MDA and on the 3rd day, SOD values and according to the results of the Mann - Whitney U tests values, on the 7th day plasma MDA between the control-APS groups and coter-APS groups and on the 7* day tissue SOD between the coter-APS groups values were found statistically different (p < 0,05) However; bye these tests, in the erithrosid and tissue GSH-Px values were not found any differences statistically (p > 0,05). As a conclusion, it can be said that the APS operation technique makes more less free oxygen radicals, in contrast to the coter operation technique. Because of the revealed MDA, which signs the membrane damage, is one of the last product of lipid peroxydation and SOD enzymes low activity levels. Keywords: APS, GSH-Px, SOD, MDA, Free Radical
