Abstract (EN)

In this study, Middle Triassic aged Bakuk Formation was divided into three members as upper (seal), middle (reservoir) and lower (source). Using clumped isotopes, reservoir dolostones which have been measured to reveal temperature ranging from 59.3 to 91.3oC, indicating recrystalization. Based on 1D basin model, recorded temperature values translated into burial depths of 960 and 2100 m and compatible with Late Triassic through Paleocene followed by expulsion event. The hydrocarbon production of Derdere Formation is related to the distribution of secondary porosity created by dolomitization fluid, which based on 87/86Sr ratios is thought to have occurred during the Campanian in Diyarbakır Region. This fluid penetrated down through the normal faults and then circulated laterally where poroperm values are enough. The clumped temperatures recorded from 54.1oC to 87.6 oC reflecting partial recrystalization. However, the temperature varied 91.6 and 124.5 oC leading to larger dolomite crsytals and reduced porosity values in Şırnak Region. Eocene aged Hoya Formation covers a widespread carbonate deposition over SE Anatolia. In this study, the unit was classified into upper (seal+reservoir), middle (source) and lower (reservoir) for the first time. The early diagenetic low T (34.8-67.2 oC) dolomites from upper and lower member having good porosity values up to 27%. The δ18Ow varies between 1.2 and 7.5‰ reflects sea level oscillations where elevated values linking to shallowings and reduced values associated with deepings which precipitated source rocks. The dataset presented in this dissertation demonstrates that low T early dolomitization usually increases petrophysical parameters, however, high T late dolomitization reduces reservoir quality.
