Abstract (EN)

In the scope of the thesis, independent control of torque and speed of a three-phase asynchronous motor without using speed and position measurement sensors. Position and velocity estimation is implemented by Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), while two-phase current measurements are taken by appropriate sensors. STM32F745 processor with Cortex-M7 core, which is a new member of ARM cores is used for this application which is required high processing capacity. The computation times of the used processor and algorithms take 14.5 μs in total for the Clark, Park, Reverse Park, PI and SVPWM modules of the field orientation control. The processing of the EKF algorithm takes 146 μs. The total motor control algorithm takes about 160.5 μs. In the real-time test work is done with the power unit and control circuit designed in the scope of the thesis study, a successful sensorless motor control application, in which the rotor position is estimated correctly by using the EKF method, has been realized. The EKF algorithm showed a successful performance against the 10% change due to the external factors of the motor stator and rotor parameters.
