Abstract (EN)

In order to be able to, withstand tough terrain conditions, military vehicles must have effective, useful and oil-containing suspension systems that can protect the vehicle from impacts in road conditions. This industrial oil used occasionally causes corrosion. To prevent this, chrome plating process is applied to the shock absorber shafts. After this chrome plating process, diameter measurements are made. As a result of this measurements if the diameter of the cylindrical part is large according to the specifications limit, it does not exceed the cylinder assembly, and if it is small, it forms a hollow structure within the mechanism. This previous cases are causes problems in the suspension systems. However, these specifications limits need to be determined effectively and accurately in accordance with process requirements. This fuzzy logic study was carried out to examine the tolerability level of the measured values, to increase if possible and to improve the process in later stages. In this study, tolerable values were determined by membership functions and unnecessary reprocessing and delay costs were avoided. The course of the process was monitored from the fuzzy quality control chart and possible situations were not ignored and improvements were planned.
