Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to determine the effect of rootstock, variety and rootstock variety interaction on the mineral nutrition of vine. Plant nutrient concentrations of Merlot, Cabernet Frank, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah cultivars grafted on Fercal and R140 rootstocks in Güney district of Denizli were investigated. In order to compare the nutritional status of vines, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn analyzes were performed on leaf and fruit samples. When the nutrient elements of the rootstocks were examined, it was seen that the K, Mg, Ca, Cu, Mn concentrations of 140 Ruggeri rootstock leaves, N, P, Fe, Zn concentrations of Fercal rootstock leaves were higher. When the nutrient concentrations of the cultivars was examined, Cabernet Sauvignon cultivar had the highest N, P, K, Ca, Fe, Mn concentrations, while Cabernet Frank Mg, Syrah Zn and Cu were found to be at high levels in terms of nutritional values. When the variety rootstock interactions were examined, N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Mn uptake of Cabernet Sauvignon variety grafted on Fercal rootstock in leaves is higher than other varieties, while Zn and Cu concentrations of Syrah grafted on Fercal were higher than other varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon K, Fe, Zn, Mn contents, Syrah N, Cu contents, Cabernet Frank Mg, Ca contents, grafted on 140 Ruggeri rootstock are higher than other varieties in leaves. When the nutrient contents of rootstocks, varieties, rootstocks and varieties were examined, it was determined that the results were compatible with the leaf. As a result of the study, it was seen that the rootstock, cultivar and rootstockxvariety interaction of vine had an important effect in terms of mineral nutrition. As a result of these results, it had been revealed that the rootstock and cultivar characteristics of that region should be taken into account and a fertilization program should be prepared in terms of fertilizing the vine plant.
