Abstract (EN)

Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of the disease, accounting for 85 to 90 percent of all cases. It is known as "insulin resistance" when the body's capacity to react to insulin action is impaired. Experimental studies suggest that neudesin is a novel energy balance and food intake regulator with implications for obesity and its associated disorders. Obesity and type 2 diabetes are two of the most common metabolic diseases, and researchers believe that irisin's ability to transform white adipose tissue cells into brown adipose tissue cells may represent new therapy options (T2DM). In 2021-2022, 100 Iraqis were placed into two groups (50 with newly T2DM, 26 male 24 female, 50 healthy subjects as control group 25 male 25 female). Neudesin and Irisin measured by ELISA technque. the standard deviation of the mean of Neudesin and Irisin for T2DM (7.09± 1.56) and (90.75± 24.82) was significantly higher than for control (1.61± 0.75), p<0.001, (30.67± 10.25) p< 0.001 .In conclusion. Measuring serum concentration of Neudesin and Irisin could be used as suggested diagnostic biomarkers for patients with newly T2DM. Also Neudesin and Irisin very useful to predict and prevent complication of patiant with diabetes mellitus type II.
