Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the thermal insulation materials produced from the waste and compare them with commenly used thermal insulation materials in terms of performance. The study is generally based on literature research and the thesis work flow can be summarized as follows: • In the first chapter, the definition of purpose, scope and method of work; • In the second chapter, the concept of waste and waste management is examined; • In the third chapter, the concept of heat and heat is examined and the properties of commonly used thermal insulation materials are explained; • In the fourth chapter, the studies on the production of waste thermal insulation material and the properties of these materials are presented; • In the fifth chapter, it is compared with commonly used thermal insulation materials of new thermal insulation materials produced with waste; • In the last chapter, the results of the study and suggestions are given.
