Abstract (EN)
Increasing interest burdens along with developing economies and rising interest rates by states' extra expenditures have led to an explosion in the number of executive files. The number of Turkish executive files, now at 4 million in 2002, is now over 20 million. Depending on this situation, it is foreseen to change / regulate / renew official applications in the executive offices. And as an EU project, integration of EU practices in Hatay, Sincan, Afyonkarahisar and Trabzon Executive Offices has begun to be integrated. This led to problems in terms of social and safety while giving rise to technological sense plus consequences.
