Abstract (EN)
The structure and competences of the European PArliamnet, members of which ara elected by democratic election, existence of political party gruops in the Parliamnet and their efforts twoards transforming into European has contributed a lot to the European integration.for this purpose, as a "European Party", organisational structure, historical background and policies of European People's Party have been analysed as a case study.
