Abstract (EN)

It is vital for companies to run for long term success in the world so all organizations must adopt the environmental changes to be competitive. By the help of learning competence, the organizations can be adoptive to the environment conditions and can achieve the highest performances. Today, it is necessary to determine the elements of the organizational culture to be permanent. It is expected from the companies to assign the elements of organizational culture, in order to be adaptive. In this study, organizational learning, the concept of learning organization and the basic elements related to the elements determining the organizational culture, learning organizations, culture in learning organizations have been examined. The objective of the study was to determine the elements affecting the integration through organizational culture in the learning organizations. After the review of existing literature, the elements affecting the integration through organizational culture in the learning organizations were mentioned as leadership style, communication system, sharing vision, participative management, empowerment, sharing knowledge, team work and cooperation, flexible organization structure, performance assessment and reward system. The research was conducted at a primary and high school of an educational institution accredited by European Council of International Schools. The data collected from the institution through questionnaires were statistically analyzed the SPSS for Windows 10.0. The data were assessed by the T test, Variance analyses.
