Abstract (EN)
According to the provisions of Article 10 of the Constitution, "Everyone is equal in front, of law without discrimination of language, race, color, sex, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, denomination and similar reasons. Discrimination is a crime in Turkish Penalty Code.
