Precipitated of carbon particles in flue gases by using water spray

Air pollution is the rising of the impurities that take place in the atmosphere. Impurities differ according to their sources. Air pollution is occurred by man made or natural resources. The substantial part of the pollution because of man made, constituted flue gases. Flue gase is the gase released as a result of combustion reactions in the houses or facilities. According to sort of the fuel used, the pollutants which are emerged also differ. It's emerged that the pollutants like particule substance (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxide (NOX), plumbum, mercury the besides of CO2 and water vapor. The particule substance which is one of the pollutants is also called as soot, dust, ash. When the substance particular are breathed, it causes lung diseases in human. It's very important that to filter of carbon particules in terms of environment and human health. The work done is a control device developed to provide PM emissions. On the contrary to the devices that are designed for the control of certain source, a control device is designed which can be used for both gas pollutants and pollutants that contained solid particules. Exhaust gas forced through the packaging material in a vertical tower by being pressurized, it is aimed to filter of carbon particular by washing with water sprey and get rid of that vertical tower. The work done is calculated according to the law of the conservation of mass and that design is formed in terms of it. Productivity of this work is tested in under condition, it is stated that in terms of observational experiments as decontaminating of flue gases from carbon particules and providing of appropriate emissions.
