Abstract (EN)
Working on the problem of drug addiction and struggling to solve it entirely is perceived as a major problem in our country as well as all over the world. A lot of research in the field of substance abuse revealed that many different types of factors cause the emergence of this problem.Apart from stimulating substances and other drugs, volatile substance abuse began to emerge as a problem reaching a size that threatens especially young people.In this context, the general perspective of the study will be the problem of drug addiction along with the examination of the relationship between family income level and volatile substance abuse in high-school students.Volatile substance abuse cannot be explained only with the family income level. However, as this study aimed to demonstrate students belonging to low-income families live in a more potential position to have the first contact with volatile substances.Key Words: Addiction, Drug Addiction, Volatile Substance Abuse, Deprivation, Tolerance, Rehabilitation.
