Balanced scorecard with performance analysis and a model experiment in public Hospitals Kütahya Gediz

Financial accounting measurement methods based on measuring the performance of the former, the validity of lost output and Balanced Scorecard'ın performance measurement and strategy on how to determine a new era has opened. An institution's activities are targeted reach conclusions reached, the service efficient, effective and profitable place in a level and did not perform better than subjects with the Balanced Scorecard, and is scheduled to be measured.This work is done because Balanced Scorecard'ın health business and to manage the performance, efficiency and service quality improve, organizational change, keep up the internal functioning of the improvement, the prescribed mission and vision of the physical measurements into by this pattern of continuous development and change by providing strategic goals to reach , patients and patients' relatives determined them the best health services are provided by the hospital staff and the training requirements are met and the quality of service of staff satisfaction and performance increase, and the ranking between these dimensions provide a balance in strategic planning and management on how the impact has been carried out to gather information on.As a result the model applied in Gediz Kütahya State Hospital first in the institution in line with the vision and mission, including the size of Balanced Scorecard'ın four strategic objectives have been identified. The Agency's operating principle, has the medical and physical structure, institutions, service areas from patients and patient relatives staff and institution (the institution, financial, "customer", internal processes and learning, development dimensions) identified strategic goals to be evaluated within the scope of success and performance were measured.
