Abstract (EN)
One of the most widely used methods to lock the employed personnel into the process goals of the company they are in is undoubtedly the premium system. Nowadays, many companies that have advanced in the sector are employing premiums for their employees. According to the content of the work done by the premium application, the actual payment received is an additional payment. Within the scope of the work of the personnel employed by the employer, it is the paradise which is aimed to increase the efficiency and reach the result more easily and quickly. The premium is given in proportion to the passing of an existing event. Therefore, there are some criteria. Grants given, labor compensation, incentive method can be given to the performance method. In this thesis study, the premium understanding given by the companies to the employees will be mentioned through sampling of the automotive sector. In the automotive sector, especially the support applied in after-sales service and the premium application given afterwards are explained diversified sales strategy that has an important position in the automotive industry is from this perspective.
