Abstract (EN)
This study thesis was provided in Aegean Agricultural Research Institute Directorate to observe morphologic and molecular characterization of 22 Vigna sinensis axons. 33 morphological charcteristics were evaluated according to the criteria of UPOV and Seed Registration Certification Directorate.Statistically, the highest positive correlation values (r = 1) was significant between color of flower and coloration of flower and determined negative correlation values (r = -0,79) by ring-shaped and color of flower-coloration of flower. 10 RAPD primers were used and 7 of them had clear, readable and repeatable bands to analyze. Totally, 281 bands were obtained. When the average of polymorphic values of data and OPB3 primers were determined (0,2839). The highest value of primer had polymorphism was OPB3 Primer (0,4227) and the lowest value of primer had polymorphism was OPB4 Primer (0,1623).
