Abstract (EN)

Energy, which is the main agenda item in our world and will remain on the agenda for long years, is a very important problem for our country as well as for the world. Our country is importing energy by spending billions of dollars every year as energy dependent on foreign countries. The insufficiency of our country in terms of fossil energy sources has forced our country to seek new energy sources. It is obvious that it is not environmentally friendly in terms of fossil fuels, carbon emissions and environmental pollution. Researchers work hard to make more efficient use of existing energy resources, while working hard to find solutions for renewable energy sources. Solar energy, which is one of the renewable energy sources, is among the most dominant energy production sources for our country with hydro electricity. Our country has a very high solar energy potential in terms of its geographical location. A large part of the European Union countries, by making efforts to raise awareness of solar energy in the production of electricity from solar energy, provides various opportunities and dissemination through various incentive mechanisms. In our country, such incentives and information activities have been accelerated in the last period. In this study, a sample base station system fed by solar energy was designed. In the province of Isparta, the PV system was designed to meet the power needs of the GSM base station to be established in the rural area of Yalvaç / Tokmacık. The cost of the system was determined by determining the battery capacity and number of panels.
