Abstract (EN)
In the first part of the thesis, general information about B-spline functions, soliton, solitary waves and finite element method is given. In the second part of the thesis, information about Rosenau-KdV and Rosenau-KdV-RLW equations is given. In the third part of the thesis, numerical solutions of Rosenau-KdV equation are obtained with quintic (5th order) B-spline collocation finite elements method. In the fourth part of the thesis, numerical solutions of Rosenau-KdV-RLW equation are found by septic (7th degree) B-spline collocation finite elements method. In the fifth part of the thesis, discussion and suggestions are given.
