Examination of the children's stories of Behiç Ak as the main elements of child literature

In this study, Behiç Ak's children's stories were examined in terms of the basic elements of children's literature and their accordance with the basic principles of children's literature. The research has been carried out "in the examination of Behic Ak's Children's Stories in Terms of Design and Painting" and " Behic Ak's Children's Stories in Content / Fictional Framework of Children's Stories in terms of Basic Elements of Children's Literature."In the title of "examination of Behic Ak's Children's Stories" was looking for replies of the 8 questions which were defined under the book of Tacettin Şimşek's "Kuramdan Uygulamaya Çocuk Edebiyatı El Kitabı". Cooperation was made with the experts in this field in the aesthetic evaluations of the paintings. The title of "in the examination of Behic Ak's Children's Stories in Terms of Design and Painting" was examined by seperately under subject fiction / editing, theme, heroes / characters, inthe perspective of children, dialog and values, environment, language and expression. Some words and phrases in the books and proverbs were assumed to be above the students' levels. In order to determine this, a "survey study was performed on the sample. In the study, document analysis, survey and observation were used as data collection tool. The data were interpreted by descriptive analysis method. The study material is composed of children's stories in Behiç Ak's "Gülümseten Öyküler". The data of the study were obtained by literature review, document analysis, observation and survey methods and techniques. At the beginning of the research, literature search was made and resources related to children's literature and Turkish education were scanned. Following these studies, Behiç Ak's children's stories were dealt with and the compatibility with the basic principles of children's literature was examined.
