Decisions based on information technology and implication of group decision support systems

The purpose of this thesis, group decision support systems in businesses in Turkey, which has been applied to what extent and group decision support systems tend to use the technology acceptance model draws on the cause to be put forward is attempted.Study of technology acceptance model, the perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, attitudes toward use, intentions for behavior and conduct of the behavioral factors of organizational culture factor by adding, in Turkey the group of business decision support systems tend to use to locate the cause was tried. In addition, technology acceptance model draws on the group decision support systems that do not use their businesses, group decision support systems use to measure intentions and group decision support systems that use and do not use the group of business decision support systems affect the use of the factors to determine whether the two models were created. Technology adoption model and the relationships and testing hypotheses been in Turkey for group decision support systems used in different sectors of the business data obtained by regression analysis of a variety of methods have been made. The two models were created; in dealing with the logistic regression analysis was measured.Study has three sections and a section consists of conclusions and recommendations. In the first section, decision making, have been defined with different meanings, stages of decision-making process are emphasized. In addition, decision types and characteristics, according to the structure of decision problems, decision-making techniques and decide which types of decisions are classified. Second section focused on Group Decision Support Systems. In this context, group decisions and group systems have been identified and their properties explained. Secondly, the purpose of Group Decision Support Systems, design, types, advantages, disadvantages, features, and tools are listed. In the third section, group decision support systems in Turkey and technology acceptance model applied in businesses take advantage of to what extent the group decision support systems tend to use the reasons put forward is attempted.
