Abstract (EN)

Occupational health and safety is of vital importance for companies. Although the issue of occupational health and safety has been covered in the literature for years and companies have taken steps in this field, there are still many lack of implementation. At this point, employers are especially expected to implement the best occupational safety practices in their own companies. For this, the right steps must first be taken and analyzed. For these analyses, an adaptive risk analysis assessment should be made for the company itself. In this study, risk analysis and evaluations were made using the 5x5 L type matrix method specifically for a catering company. The aim of the study is to correct the mistakes regarding occupational health and safety in the catering company and to provide a safe and healthy environment. 100 risks were identified in the study and these were determined as 2 intolerable risks, 26 unacceptable risks, 67 notable risks and 5 acceptable risks. Precautions and solutions in accordance with the legislation have been reported for the risks grouped under 18 headings.
