Lean manufacturing practices for today's businesses; It is of great importance in increasing productivity, production quality, occupational health and safety in enterprises. Lean manufacturing has now become a culture rather than a practice in businesses. Lean culture in businesses; not only in the production department; It also draws attention in the work of departments such as finance and human resources. In this study, which aims to determine lean production practices, first of all, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Methods; The weights of the main criteria and sub-criteria used in deciding which work station to implement lean manufacturing applications were determined, and then the most inefficient and bottlenecked work station was determined separately by using CODAS and Gray Relational Analysis (GIA) methods. Finally, lean manufacturing practices were applied in this work station.
