Abstract (EN)
The organization's organizational structure, production lines, and control systems are not sufficient for the success of an organization. Because ignoring the employees and managers or not motivating the employees to reach the goals and targets makes the organizations fail. It depends on the efficient use of human resources to enable organizations to carry out their assets in a healthy manner. The difference between the current economic and social variables and the desire of the institutions to maintain and achieve the highest possible return are forcing the managers to seek new. In particular, increasing the number of individual and organizational activities to increase voluntary behavior or to bring such behavior to the working life is increasing every day. Organizational citizenship behavior and collectivism behavior are among these behaviors. Organizational citizenship behaviors are behaviors that are exhibited on the basis of volunteerism in accordance with the wishes of the individual, which is different from the formal and pre-defined formal and job definitions in the work environment. Collectivism behavior is that the individual contributes to the benefit of the organization, considering the interests of the organization, not for their own interests. In other words, collectivism is the ethic of protecting the individual's organizational rights. Another concept emphasized in the study is the concept of Individualism. Individualism is that the individual acts as he/she deems appropriate within the organization and acts in line with his / her decision. The aim of this thesis is to determine the relationship between individualism and collectivism thinking perceptions and organizational citizenship behavior perceptions. In this context, a survey study was conducted for the employees of Libyan Ministry of Justice and data on the subject were collected. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23 package program. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there was a significant relationship between individualism and collectivism and organizational citizenship behavior.
