Abstract (EN)

Stress which is one of today's most important dangers takes our life under threat. We need to be away from stress as far as possible in order to do our daily activities more efficient and to raise our life quality. The main goal of this study is to determine stress factors of primary health care personnel's is their job environment, to remove or minimize these factors and to determine its effect. It has been written with this purpose. The target; it is aimed that socio-demographic features of primary health care personnel, factors to define stress and methods to deal with stress are revealed. A survey involving 59 questions has been applied to health care personnel's. Total 120 surveys have been taken to the assessment and then their reliability and validity have been controlled with SPSS 17 program, they have been examined with factor, correlation and regression analysis methods. The achieved research findings have found that the ways to overcome do not decrease stress, the workers are used to the concept of stress in terms of the sector and they are influenced by these types of methods.
