Abstract (EN)

Interaction of biomolecules with different synthetic polymers, which has polyelectrolyte characteristic, reveals biologically the existence of important mechanisms and it has a great importance for biomedical practice. Polyelectrolyte - biomolecule conjugates comprise as an important and lead systematic structures in developing of the new types of synthetic polymeric vaccine systems, increasing the stability of biomolecule, realizing to organ, tissue, cell, and receptor targeting, overcoming some problems, such as resolution of biopolymer and the provision of long-period oscillation creature, increasing biocompatibility, preparing diagnosis and diagnostic kits and developing biosensor systems.In our laboratory work, some of conjugates are synthesized with performed conjugation reactions using different methods and cross linkers (EDC, CDI, etc.) and some of complexes were prepared with synthetic polyelectrolytes (polymers like polyacrylic acid, polioksidonyum and copolymers like poly methylvinylether, co-maleic anhydride, poly(vinyl pyrrolidone, co acrylic acid), poly (N isopropyl acrylamide co asetikasid) ) and biomolecules like betulin which is known its anticancer effect, estradiol and progesterone which are steroid hormones, MAGE-3 (121-134) peptide line which is melanoma cancer spesific peptide and BSA. In some of conjugates and complexes antioxidation and cytotoxicity tests, analysis of the structure function and in some of them immunological animal experiments were realized.In this way, obtaining more efficient, stable, cell orientation can be done diagnostics is intended and preliminary studies in order to use identification kits and methods of treatment are targeted.
