Abstract (EN)

Today, where there's an intense competition environment for businesses, decision-making doesn't always consist of a single criterion and alternative and contains complexity. Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods make solutions more practical and effective. It'll be advantageous to use Fuzzy MCDM methods when classical MCDM methods are insufficient in uncertain situations. With Fuzzy MCDM methods, subjective evaluations expressed by decision makers are analyzed by integrating them with numerical values. In this thesis, it's proposed to apply Fuzzy MCDM methods in the decision-making process of the enterprise in order to eliminate the uncertainty that arises in the verbal evaluations made by the decision makers. In the application section, a solution has been sought for the selection problem of human resources management application for a business operating in the field of logistics, warehousing, sales and commercial marketing with Fuzzy PIPRECIA, Fuzzy MARCOS, Fuzzy CoCoSo, Fuzzy MAIRCA and Borda Counting method. The application to be chosen will be used for a medium-sized enterprise and will accelerate the work of human resources, accounting and sales departments. Seven criteria and four alternatives obtained with the opinions of four decision makers from the business were evaluated with the determined methods and the results were suggested. While the most important criterion among the seven evaluated criteria was K7, which expresses the technical support criterion, the most suitable alternative among the four alternatives was determined as A1. Keywords: Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making, Fuzzy PIPRECIA, Fuzzy MARCOS, Fuzzy CoCoSo, Fuzzy MAIRCA, Borda Counting Method, Human Resource Management Application Selection.
