Abstract (EN)

In the research, in 2017 and 2019, and a 15-year-old Cabernet-Sauvignon grape variety grafted on 110R rootstock in the trial vineyard of Bar-El Winery.company was used. Purpose of the research; after applying 1 Control, 3 abiotic stress applications (impact, leaf injury, UV-C) on live vines for 5 days, morning and evening, by applying at 3 different times (veraison, veraison-harvest and harvest time). To study the biosynthesis and effects of primary and especially secondary metabolites that develop with the defense mechanism that will emerge. In terms of application; control, impact (once at 08:00 and 1 time at 19:00 for 1 minute with a plastic hammer), leaf wounding (injury of leaves with sticks) and UV-C (1 time at 08:00 and 19:00 for 1 minute) some applications in the morning and in the evening, some applications were carried out once. As a result; all stress treatments did not have a statistically significant effect on primary metabolites. Secondary metabolites were affected by all three treatments.
