Abstract (EN)

The Chagatay period, starting from the beginning of the 15th century and continuing until the beginning of the 20th century, this vast area extending from the Black Sea, the Caucasus Mountains, the Caspian Sea to the north and east of Iran draws the borders of eastern Turkishness. There has been no comparative study on the existence of verbs related to Chagatay Turkish and its successor Uzbek Turkish in master's and doctoral dissertations so far. When looking at the published articles, each of the 10 articles covered only one construction supplement. Looking at the theses made, the subject of construction attachments is seen in 7 theses. This thesis 7 from 3 of them in Turkey affixes of Turkish, Hungarian, respectively, were compared with the Albanian and Azerbaijani Turkish. In the remaining 4 thesis "Construction Attachments in Anatolia Mouth," "Northern Group Construction Annexes of the Turkish dialect", "Making Amendments of modern Turkey, Turkish" and "Making Amendments in Sekkaya that the Court" has been subject. As a result, there was no study comparing the verb existence of Chagatay Turkish and Uzbek Turkish dialects. The starting point of this study is to eliminate this deficiency. For this reason, the presence of verbs in Chagatay Turkish and Uzbek Turkish were compared in this study. In order to determine the presence of verbs, "Chagatay Turkish Dictionary" published by Suat Ünlü in 2013 for Chagatay Turkish and "Uzbek-Turkish Dictionary" published by Emek Üşenmez, Saidbek Boltabayev and Gülşah Tuğlacı in 2016 were used for Uzbek Turkish. Verb entities in dictionaries were determined and examined under the headings of phonetics, morphology and semantics. In addition, considering the vitality of the language and the development of Turkish over time, the changes in the presence of verbs in the process that evolved from Chagatay Turkish to Uzbek Turkish were tried to be determined in chronological context.
