Child labour is considered as a serious problem in terms of human development. In the world, each of every five children are forced to work, they are deprieved of a healtly environment, basic freedoms and they are worked under the conditions which physically, socially, culturally, emotionally and educationally harmful. Despite the cautions which were taken to prevent child labour, efficient results could't be gotten the reason for this was labour market flexibility and proliferatien of deregulation. The current system's rights generate insufficient and only for show solution. As well as charity organizations and political sanctions. Working children are seen as aglobal problem. The existance of groups as well as working children is linked with development levels of countries. Social politics aimed at these children lead the political sanctions. İt requires not only shotr therm practising but also long term reforming stuructural problems and economicial inbalance, raising the level of a family welfare.
