Workers job satisfaction of organizational commitment example of: Diyarbakir Oral and Dental Health center

The aim of this study wastoin vestigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research with a the oreticalframe work to suppor tempiricalresearch has been conducted following the submission of the subject. Empirical research of physicians and nurses working in oral and dental healthcentercovers a total of 95 employees.
