Abstract (EN)
With this work, relationship between and health services sector, organizational culture and business performance , but also influence the level of employee job performance were investigated. The health care sector of the business to increase employee performance , employee health sector in terms of delivering the objectives of this study can be carried out and better quality of service in terms of organization and management is also important . Antalya State Hospital workers in this study is composed of three parts: a survey was conducted to determine the demographic characteristics of the organizational culture and business performance scales. Poll Question of the 5 " li been asked to be answered according to the Likert scale and survey data, statistics for the social sciences (Statistical Program for Social Sciences - SPSS 15.0 ) using the program with the analysis carried out (frequency and multiple regression and correlation analysis with percentages ) were systematically evaluated . Organizational culture and the results of the study indicate a positive relationship between job performance, it was observed that these two factors are affected by each other in the same direction and the demographic structure is effective in the case of both .
