Abstract (EN)
Motivation concept; It can be expressed as an intrinsic drive that mobilizes and encourages individuals for specific goals and objectives in a planned way. Meeting the expectations of the employees will ensure the realization of the goals of the companies. The aim of the study is to compare the motivations of the employees using different MCDM techniques. In this context, after determining three main criteria and sixteen sub-criteria that motivate the employees, the criteria were weighted with the AHP method, using the opinions of 5 experts. In the next step, a survey was conducted with 20 engineers working in the same position. With TOPSIS, VIKOR, PROMETHEE methods, the personnel were ranked and evaluated according to their importance. As a result of the highest motivation was found to be alternative 6, the worst motivation to be alternative 9 and alternative 17. Due to differences in mathematical formulas in the structure of the method, minor differences were observed in the motivation assessments of the employees at intermediate values. This study provided convenience to managers and contributed to the determination of factors that increase staff motivation.
