The perception of organization climates of the employees and an application in Narchotics Department of the Head Police Office of İstanbul

When people are satisfied at their working environment, both their own performance and the other people?s might be expanded positively. People are much more creative at the organisational climates orchestrated with their expectations and requests. While Organisational Culture was giving some informations about organisational live, bliefs and expectations organisational climate is a reference of this bliefs and expectations satisfaction. To estabilish a positive organisational climate is a need, to reach the best performance and to make and organisation members working kindly and productive. At this study, while employees? absorbation of organisational climate was questioning, the subject researched widely by adding organisation and organisational culture concepts. By making severel ankets on employees working with Narcotic Crimes Enforcement Department, their organisational climate absorbsion revealed and scheduled. The aim of studies is to reveal about employees? organisational climate absorbsion working at İstanbul Police Headquarter?s Narkotic Crimes Enforcement Department.
