Abstract (EN)
Today, societies, businesses and people live in the shadow of pandemics, wars and economic crises, and this creates an intense competitive environment. In such an environment, the efforts of enterprises to maximize profits and the efforts of employees to lead a more prosperous life increase, and this affects the internal behavior strategies of the organization. For these reasons, while businesses exhibit certain approaches to their employees, employees develop certain behavioral styles in response to these approaches. While businesses treat their employees fairly with certain practices, in some cases, they may show an unfair approach to their employees. The main theme of the research is; it's built on detecting the attitudes of employees who perceive unfair practices to remain silent and cynical as a reaction to this situation. Purpose of the research is to determine the level and in which direction the perceptions of justice of the employees who are dealing with the activities taking place in an organization affect their behavior regarding silence and cynicism and to contribute to the enterprises and the literature through examples. The research was conducted with the participation of a total of 156 employees in three provinces where a company operating in the electricity distribution sector operates and physical surveys measuring behavioral responses. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that the changes in the level of organizational justice are not effective on organizational silence behaviors. However, it has been observed that changes in the level of organizational justice have an effect on organizational cynicism behaviors.
