Abstract (EN)
People are the most valuable assets for an organization, so keeping employees in their jobs is one of the main goals for any organization. The success of an organization is firmly linked to the performance of employees and the success of employees as a key factor for an organization's overall success depends on some factors. Employee motivation is one of the vital elements to accomplish this goal successfully. Therefore, it is a fact that employee motivation is indeed the key factor for the health and future success of any organization. Providing motivated staff for an institution is known to be the main concern for the human resources of that institution. That is why a number of companies and organizations are looking for the best ways to motivate their employees. As a result, many organizations and businesses spend a great deal of material and time on research to find factors that affect employee motivation. In addition to motivation, job satisfaction is also an important issue to ensure a healthy working environment. Evaluating motivation as an integral part of the business concept in modern working life shows that there is a direct relationship between motivation and job satisfaction and the concept of work life. Therefore, if we take into consideration that people are the most valuable assets of an organization, it is essential to determine these values by taking into account the effects of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction on their intention to leave. Implementing real business values and satisfying employees is the key to maintaining a stable workforce. Otherwise, employees are likely to choose to leave work. It is best achieved through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, motivation and basic research are defined as the level of satisfaction or level of satisfaction of people about their work or work experience.
