Stress and stress control in working life (Case of Antalya State Hospital nurses)

After the nurses, doctors can be described as the most important health personnel played an active role in healthcare institutions. Staff performance, of course, may be required to work in a high stress level in certain ways. This situation can motivate people. Therefore, a team of nurses occupation for the sake of anti-stress techniques and practices necessary to know both professional development is important to consider both in terms of personal development. The purpose of the study of Antalya Atatürk State Hospital staff nurses to determine their thoughts about stress and combat stress. The study consists of four parts. Historian theoretical part is based on the method of work and technical literature. Mainly quantitative methods were applied. Quantitative data was supported by the theoretical part. Fieldwork was conducted. Antalya Atatürk State Hospital sample was not handled. Data collection techniques as the survey was conducted. A total of 194 nurses participated in the study. Data were analyzed by statistical program package. The study was conducted in 2014. Survey analysis t-Test for two groups of variables, ANOVA analysis was used for multiple variables.
