Abstract (EN)

Recent studies show that emotional intelligence has the key role in understanding and satisfying the emotional expectations of the human resources. With this frame, the people having high emotional capabilities (manager, leader, academician etc) would be evaluated positively and motivating by others (labor, team mates, students etc). With this presupposition the aim of this study is researching the relation between emotional intelligence, perception and motivation in work life. Evaluating this relation? integration and maintaining with application results, is important since this will reflect the possible functionality of the subject in work life.With the frame of the reasons given above emotional intelligence, perception and motivation subjects studied theoretically firstly. The subject revealed by an empirical application in the fallowing process after theoretical research. The relations between emotional intelligence, perception and motivation factor dimensions examined in application section. Relations at different levels are found out between factors with application results. These relations will be given more concreted and detailed.
