Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is the transcription of the sharia court records, which are the first hand sources that can contribute to local history studies and to render them as a source that historians and social scientists could benefit and through the evaluation part to be realised following the transcription, to reveal the Daily life and the legal system of Çerkeş of the XIXth century.
