Structure and style of peotry in Cenani Dökmeci

Cenani Dökmeci who was born in Elazığ in 1926 is one of the most important poets of Elazığ. While he has an effectiveness in many fields of art, he improves himself in the field of poetry. Dökmeci about whom there is no study uses personal and social topics in his poets. In this work we have examined the poems of Cenani Dökmeci in terms of theme and structure. In the first part of the work we have given information about the life, works and his literary identity. In the second part by studying his poems in terms of structure and theme we have detected the featured themes and structural elements. In the third part of the work we have examined his poems in terms of language and genre. The basic goal of the work is to reveal poems of this important figure of Elazığ and to increase his recognition.
