Determining the problems affecting the professional commitment of nurses working in the surgical field during the COVİD 19 pandemic process

In this study, the relation ship between nurses' Professional commitment, compassion fatigue, and anxiety causedby COVID-19 during the COVID-19 pandemic was in vestigated. When the patients' care status with a diagnosis of COVID 19 was examined during the pandemic process, it wasseen that 72% of the mgavecareto COVID 19 patients. It was found that the meanage of the participants in the study was 28.59±6,35, 80.1% were women and 64.2% had work experience between 1-5 years. The means core of the participants on the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale (4.51±4.37) waslow, the means core of CF-SF (71.14±28.78) was moderate, and the means core of the Nursing Professional Engagement Scale (71.66±15.70) foundto be moderate. From the sub-dimensions of the Scale of Professional Engagement in Nursing; "Willingnessto Make Effort" (35.09±10.03) is at medium level, "Continuing Professional Member ship" (22.56±6.61) is at high level, "Belief in Goalsand Values" (14.24±3.38) high level means cores were found. As a result; The general average of the Nursing Professional Engagement Scale was statistically significant for the single nurses, who had no children, had an in come equaltoor high erthan the irexpenses, had less than 5 years of Professional experience, was found to be significantly higher.
