Abstract (EN)

The world nowadays is suffering from a sickness called "stress", does not result in fail always, however most of the time, it reduces health and life quality which negatively effects job quality and performance. As a result, in business life stress causes undesired results. Especially if both members of a family works, there are different stress causes occur. On this point, dual career families, organizational stress level and organizational influences are a research subject. Under this scope, the research aims to define dual career families affect on job satisfaction depending on stress level. Within the frame of this aim, this work has tested applying the study on 436 distinct employees in Kastamonu where employees are dual career family members only. This research resulted that dual career families have higher stress level and this affects job satisfaction in a negative direction. Besides, as a subbranch of job satisfaction, work load totally affects the main branch negative, however, social support, skills usage and decision latitude has a positive influence on the main branch.
