Abstract (EN)

The goal of this study is to study the effects of human placenta lactogen and insulin on the development and metabolism of fetal and maternal tissues in pregnant women. we focused mainly on the effects of this substance on fetal growth and metabolism. In addition, he discussed the various aspects of insulin physiology in Iraqi women. A study was conducted to determine the effects of early pregnancy on the health of women and their unborn babies. It involved 130 participants who were pregnant and a control group of 65 healthy women. The weight also had a statistical significance, as the study found that excess weight increases pregnancy problems and increases joint problems with it. Thyroid levels were not affected in a way that affects women during pregnancy. The effect of sugar and insulin levels is obvious, which indicates that the levels of these parameters are well taken into account during pregnancy. Infection during pregnancy may increase significantly. Placental lactogen, while maintaining sugar and insulin levels within normal limits, is of great importance in maintaining the pregnancy and not experiencing life-threatening problems for the baby. Therefore, hormone levels should be measured during pregnancy in order to monitor the level of nutrition of the child during pregnancy
