Çorum children's folklore

In this study, children's folklore products compiled in Çorum, beliefs and practices related to children's folklore are included. The study consists of five chapters. In these sections, folk beliefs practiced before and after the child's birth, childhood diseases, children's games and oral tradition products shaped around the child have been tried to be examined. Data was collected from the field using observation and interview techniques, and the data obtained from the source people were examined and classified under headings. The research was prepared in accordance with folklore examination methods. In the study, written sources were consulted, sources were searched from source search bases, and the researched sources were included in the thesis. In addition to the traditions, beliefs and practices that preserved their existence in Çorum, traditions that have lost their existence and effectiveness have also been identified.
