This research was carried out to examine the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the psychological resilience, anxiety and depression levels of nurses. This descriptive study was carried out at the 25 December State Hospital, which provides service in the central district of Gaziantep, between 10 November 2020 and 20 June 2021. The sample of the study consisted of nurses working at the 25 December State Hospital, who were on active duty during the pandemic and agreed to participate in the study. The sample of the study consisted of 260 nurses. Data; The Personal Description Form was collected with the "Short Resilience Scale" (PSÖ), the "Beck Depression Inventory" (BDI), and the "Beck Anxiety Scale" (BAI). In the statistical analysis of the data; number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, minimum-maximum, Shapiro-Wilk, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis tests, Post Hoc tests Tukey and Tamhane's T2 tests and Spearman correlation test were used. Multiple linear regression model was used to determine the factors affecting BDI, BAI and PSS scores. Statistical significance level was accepted as 0.05 in all tests. It was determined that 68,1% of the nurses were women, 39,2% were 25-30 years old, 75,0% were undergraduate/associate degree graduates, 31,5% worked in the intensive care unit and 40,8% worked in the service. The mean BDE score of the nurses was 11,0±7,6, the mean BAÖ score was 14,7±10,9, and the mean PSÖ score was 19,4±4,3. A weak positive correlation (r=0,457) (p<0,001) between nurses' BDE score and BAÖ score; A weak negative correlation was found between BDE and PSÖ (r=-0,294) (p<0,001). It was determined that there was a weak negative correlation between PSÖ and BAEÖ(r=-0,263) (p<0,001). Factors affecting nurses' BDE score; It was determined that the BAÖ and PSÖ scores and the resignation orientation and educational status of the nurses were determined. Factors affecting nurses' BAÖ score; It was determined that the BDE and PSÖ scores and the nurses' perspective on the profession changed negatively, being infected, and having a chronic disease. Factors affecting nurses' PSÇ score; It was determined that the BDE and BAÖ scores of the nurses were affected by the mental and physical health of the nurses and the risk of being infected. According to the results of this study; It has been concluded that the nurses who took part in the Covid 19 pandemic were affected psychologically.
