Abstract (EN)

This research requires the presence of Virginia peanut varieties under the conditions of the main products in the Çukurova region. The study was carried out in 2018 in C.U.A.F Field Crops Department. Arıoğlu-2003, Batem Cihangir, Batem 5025, Brantley, Flower-22, Halisbey, NC-7, NCV-11, Osmaniye 2005, Sultan and Wilson varieties as material in the experiments. Pod yield per decare, fat ratio, fat yield, protein ratio, palmitic acid ratio, stearic acid ratio, oleic acid ratio, linoleic acid ratio, linolenic acid ratio, gadoleic acid ratio, arachidic acid ratio, behenic acid ratio, lignoceric acid ratio, O / L ratio and iodine value were investigated. According to the data obtained, peanut varieties showed a fat content of 47.7% to 43.5%, oleic acid content of 79.53%, 48.58%, linoleic acid content of 31.24% and 3.24%, linolenic acid content of 0.598% to 0.045%. Fruit yield values per decare varied between 864.0-380.4 kg / da. The highest fruit yield value was obtained from Sultan peanut variety.
